Sales Executive

Trusted Shops is looking for enthusiastic new colleagues to play a crucial role in making online shopping safer. As the face of the company, you will help merchants understand why trust is essential online. Our unique products require a powerful explanation to show merchants that there is more possible than just a review platform or seal of approval.

You are an ambassador for online shopping with 100% confidence, no matter the situation. Together with the team, you are essential for the further growth of Trusted Shops. In this role you combine sales skills, enthusiasm, and technical knowledge to actively approach the market, give digital presentations, advise customers, and find customized solutions.


Your responsibilities:

  • Go through and pass the Talent Academy program with support from a Sales coach.
  • Identify potential B2B customers and analyze needs through phone contact.
  • Responsible for the entire sales process, from cold calling to sign-off.
  • Digitally present products/services in a way to emphasize value to the customer.
  • Preparation of customized quotes using our CRM system.
  • Accurately track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Active contribution to generating new ideas.

Job requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a cold call sales role (B2B).
  • Previous experience within Tech/SaaS sector is a plus.
  • Skills and understanding at the level of a higher professional education.
  • You are results-oriented, competitive and a team player with a passion for sales.
  • You are open to coaching and mentoring to help you achieve and exceed your goals.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and translate them into solutions using our products/services.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
