Customer Success Manager

Trusted Shops, based in Amsterdam, is looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to play a crucial role in improving the customer experience for our online partners. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing your own customer portfolio, supporting the onboarding of new customers and identifying optimisation and growth opportunities. You will work closely with the Account Management team and take ownership of customer relationships. With your relevant customer contact experience and understanding of the challenges of online shops, you are able to proactively provide solutions that increase customer satisfaction and improve consumers' online shopping experience.


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage your own customer portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers for smooth integration.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and growth potential for online shops.
  • Propose innovative ideas and products for performance improvement.
  • Analyse daily customer challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Act as first point of contact for customer queries and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to drive customer growth and retention.

Job requirements

  • You have relevant experience in customer contact and communication, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • You have a proactive attitude and are focused on problem solving.
  • HBO working and thinking level is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of and affinity with technology/SaaS is a plus.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
